Business Office Coordinator
There is an immediate job opportunity in the Business Office for the role of Business Office Coordinator. This role will be a full time, year-round position. The major responsibilities will include professional development scheduling, including coordination of travel plans; budgeting for and administration of federal grant funds (Title II and Title IV), as well as several important accounting functions for the school. Campus Ministry Aide
Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy has an opening for a part-time Campus Ministry Aide. This position will assist in maintaining the Catholic identity and Marist Spirituality at the Lower Division. This would include performing a wide range of activities in support of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program. This position requires a national certification as a catechist for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Level I. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with teachers, parents and students. This candidate should also have a willingness to share their personal faith to Lower Division constituents.

Candidates that are interested in being a substitute teacher at NDPMA, must have at least 90 credit hours towards a bachelor’s degree and complete all required background checks. Athletic Bus Drivers
We have current openings for Athletic Bus drivers. The ideal candidate must have a CDL license with class B, P and S endorsements. Having a good driving record is a must. The hours for this position will vary, based on NDPMA sport schedules, but will be mostly afternoons and evening hours.
